Purchasing a home is probably the biggest investment you will ever make. It is important that you are well educated on the responsibility you are preparing to undertake. It is imperative that you fully understand everything from the program you intend to use, qualifying ratios, loan products, roles of the realtor, along with many other components to buying a home. Homebuyer education is a requirement for the Arizona Department of Housing “Homes for Arizonans” program. It should also be a personal requirement for you not only to attain homeownership but also to sustain homeownership. Currently, ADOH is outsourcing the homebuyer education class for those wishing to purchase in Pinal and Gila Counties. You will need to call Housing our Communities for homebuyer education. Please mention that you are applying to the Arizona Department of Housing “Homes for Arizonans” program.
