Procurement
Under the recommendations identified in the Governor's Efficiency Review, all state agencies are required to use the State Procurement Office to purchase equipment, supplies, outside training services, etc.  Occasionally, state agencies find they require services not available under the State Procurement System.  A Request for Proposal is issued in these instances, outlining the specifics of the need and inviting qualified parties to submit a proposal.
